Qualification •Ph.D in Organic / Inorganic / Physical / Analytical Chemistry OR Ph.D in Physics.

•Experience in operation and data interpretation of analytical techniques such as FT-NMR, FT-IR, FT-Raman, XRD, XRF, ESCA, ICAP, ICP-MS, Chromatographic techniques (GC,HPLC,GPC), etc.

•R&D experience in the areas of petroleum, polymers, petrochemicals & catalysts.

Minimum 65 % marks in graduation as well as in Post-graduation.

02 Synthetic Chemistry

Qualification •Ph.D in Chemistry with specialization in Synthetic Organic Chemistry

•Experience related to development of renewable energy sources.

Minimum 65 % marks in graduation as well as in Post-graduation.

03 Bitumen

Qualification •Ph.D in Organic Chemistry

•Experience in bitumen modification and development of bituminous products.

04 Petrochemical & Polymers

Qualification •Ph. D in the area of heterogeneous catalysis / material synthesis with catalytic applications.

•Applicants should have experience in the area of synthesis, characterization, evaluation and development of heterogeneous catalysts used in the area of Petrochemical processes and novel catalytic materials during Ph.D / Post- Doctoral or should have working experience in the above mentioned areas.

•Experience in the areas of metal supported catalysts, mixed oxides, modification of Zeolites and related materials employed in catalytic processes and adsorption will be an added advantage.

•Preference will be given to applicants who are well conversant with data interpretation of sophisticated analytical tools used for catalyst characterization such asTA/TGA, TPR, TPD, TPO, XRD, NMR, SEM, TEM, EDAX,ESCA,IR, micro calorimeter, etc.

•For Sr. Research Officer, minimum 3 years of relevant R&D experience after the Ph.D specially in the area of Petrochemicals i.e Paraxylene (PX) / Purified Terephthallic Acid (PTA) / Linear alkylbenzene (LAB) Process / Catalysts etc. Preference will be given to experience supported by patents / international publications.

Minimum 65 % marks in graduation as well as in Post-graduation.
