Qualification - Only Graduates/Post Graduates
Non Engineering Graduates should have CCNA/MCSE/MCSA/HW
Technical Skills - Fundamentals of Networking, Computer Hardware & OS
Added Advantage - CCNA/MCSE will be an added advantage
Soft skills - Very Good Communication Skills (Good command over English language)
Added Advantage - Similar work experience in Technical Support/Voice support
Experience - 0 to 36 months
Requisites - Good at customer interaction and listening skills and a good team player
Willing to take initiative to resolve issues
Job Responsibility - Resolving Customer & Technical Queries for International Customers
Location - Chennai/Outstation Candidates will need to relocate to Chennai
Work time - UK/USA – Time zone (Night Shift)
Other - Transport and food provided, Medical Insurance for self and
Dependants for outstation candidates, first 15 days of free
Accommodation is provided.
Salary - Rs. 1.8 lakhs to 2.16 lakhs.

hi, i am midhun, sir my qualification is B.Sc computer science but have a pending paper. And also i studied CCNA and MCP. I am certified in CCNA not in MCP. Now i am doing MCITP, should i eligible for this interview?
